The Visayan Center for Hotel & Restaurant Services, Inc. (VCHRS) was established in 2015 to provide holistic development and skills training for underprivileged women in Negros Occidental.

 To alleviate poverty by envisioning a brighter future for young Filipino women committed to total human development and service.

      We prepare young women for employment and entrepreneurship through technical skills training and work ethics imbued with values.

TESDA ACCREDITED COURSE IN:


HOUSEKEEPING NC II


In accordance with TESDA (Technical Education and Skills Development Authority) accredited curriculum


Competencies in a wide range of accommodation services including guest rooms preparation, laundry and linen services, public areas and equipment cleaning, housekeeping, valet services, and OJT.

OTHER FACILITATED COMPETENCIES

 
 
 
 

FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICES NC II


Students acquire competencies in the process of preparing, presenting and serving of food and beverages to guests in hotels, restaurants, canteens, luxury liners, and resorts.

 
 

COOKERY NC II



Students acquire competencies in preparations of hot, cold meals, and desserts, as well as managing the kitchen areas of various food and beverage service facilities.

 
 

BREAD AND PASTRY PRODUCTION NC II


Students acquire competencies in preparing and producing bakery/pastry products, cakes and desserts using modern baking techniques, equipment, tools and utensils and other baking appliances, presentation methods, sanitation and safety.
